{Thrifty Thursday} A Little Stand

Hi all! I hope that you've had a fantastic week so far...mine has primarily been spent recovering from my 3 year old's birthday party on Sunday. So not much in the way of crafting, creating, or thrifting this week. However, I do want to share a local Goodwill find with you and try to gather some thoughts and feedback! I thought that would be fun since my creative energy is tapped out! So a couple of weeks ago I came across this cute little stand...
It's definitely seen some better days, but I figured that a little work and some paint and it could be a cute little stand, either for our entryway here (just off our garage, where I tend to drop my purse anyhow) or to make a cute addition to my office. Where I would like your input: what color should I paint it? Or should I refinish it? To give you some guidance...although I'm loving the turquoise and teals that spring is bringing, there is barely any blue in our house, so I think that would clash. However, I'm open to suggestions, so tell me what you think in the comments below!

Hope to here from y'all!

  1. as soon as i saw the little table and before even reading the post my first thought was "oh, that would be adorable in yellow!" i don't know if that would match your home but that is what the table "said" to me. =)

  4. Ohhh I love this!!! It's sooo pretty! I think a yellow would be gorgeous! Or, something like aqua or coral to add a super fun pop of color to the room!
