Over the past month, I have had the pleasure of getting to know Kashoan Ward, of Krafty Kash, a little better. I came across her work through The Shine Project and the "shine" necklace that she designed in support of that great cause. But little did I know that her store had oh, so much more.
Krafty Kash specializes in hand crafted, one of a kind, jewelry from vintage dictionaries, maps, Bibles, and sheet music! I think they're all just so beautiful and special! And now I have one of my very own! Of course I love anything to do with travel and maps, so those pieces really spoke to me.

ReplyDeleteI love her stuff - and have already purchased two things from her - I have two godchildren who are getting confirmed this year - I called each of the churches ahead of time and found out the girls' confirmation verses, then had her make a necklace using that verse - they are beautiful, and my first godchild (second one hasn't had confirmation service yet!)loved it and kept saying "It's my verse! How did you know my verse? How did you find a necklace with my verse?" I just smiled. An aunt has to keep some secrets you know. : )
