{Thrifty Thursday} New Pyrex!

I've been excited all week about this post. That's because this past week I found my favorite piece of Pyrex (to this point) at my local Goodwill! And here she is...

It's a Midnight Bloom Promotional Cinderella Oval Covered Casserole dish. I feel like the darker Pyrex, the black and blue ones, aren't as popular and certainly hard to find. While I do tend to be drawn to the warm oranges and yellows and grassy greens that you'll find with most of the Pyrex I currently own, I was giddy over finding this piece. It's just beautiful...and in pristine condition.

On the same trip, a piece of clothing caught my eye. Now I don't typically shop Goodwill or thrift stores for clothes, mostly because my trips are quick and I tend to have my boys with me and don't want to take the time to try things on or weed through the racks and racks of clothing. However, this little tiger (ok, it's leopard) got my attention as I walked toward the checkout stand...

Who doesn't need a cute leopard cardi?? And bonus, it's Michael Kors. And it still had its tags (note the MSRP vs Goodwill price!). Score! I'm excited to add a little spice to my wardrobe of mostly solids and stripes.
