I kept it pretty simple. I cut out banner forms from brown-paper-bag colored cardstock, with two holes at the top of each to thread twine through. I once again used shamrock forms I had picked up from the dollar store, but you could easily cut shamrock shapes out, and glued on top. Erin suggested she was thinking of "Kiss Me I'm Irish" for the banner, so I cut out the letters for the phrase, and glued each on top of the shamrocks. Quick and easy! But I think it turned out so cute...and here it is displayed in her lovely home!
